Easy to take and tastes great. I feel generally better when taking Chagit. If I take a dose right before bed it seems to help me enjoy a deeper sleep.

I gave it 1 star because i didn’t get what i ordered. They sent me the Six Mushroom Blend. I will use this and then order again and hopefully get the right thing next time.
