OUR STORY
As Founders, my brother Prema and I had a very successful career as TV producers, with over 300 episodes of network TV under our belts, including our work on the Discovery Channel’s mega-hit Bering Sea Gold.
In late 2014, while developing a show about Alaskan natives who survived as traditional hunters and foragers, we were introduced to the Chaga mushroom. When Chaga had a direct health impact for our family, we realized the mushroom was the real gold in Alaska.
We established an exclusive network of native harvesters, developed a novel extraction process to maximize the bio-active compounds and built a factory to deliver premium quality, functional mushroom products to the world.
After 4 years of regulatory hurdles, we were cleared for sales in late 2019 and we provide people with the best alternative to the same old mushroom powders.
Chagit was one of the first companies in the functional mushroom business and we will always stay focused on delivering premium quality nutrition for an affordable price, that makes a difference in people’s lives.
